Become an Intranet / DMS Consultant @ LoQutus

Job Description

As an advisor for Internet/Intranet/Portal document management development you will advise our customers on a strategical and tactical level regarding the implications of their current and future developments concerning internet, intranet and document management. You understand the needs of the management and the end-users. You also know how to deploy the digital services on a strategical level within the business processes. You are able to design a vision regarding the development of both areas for special attention:
You develop solutions based on the LoQutus portfolio (or even beyond), that will optimal support the customer processes.
Furthermore you will be responsible for different projects. As a project leader you will make sure that the projects will be realized within time budget, without losing track of the feasibility.
Your project approach will be methodical (RUP, Prince 2) and you will coach your co-workers, who will contribute to the project results. Projects will cover topics like development of internet and extranet, digital provision of services and document management with a clear focus on a process driven approach.

Profile

Graduated in engineering or computer sciences or similar through experience
Several years of working experience with the implementation of portal, intranets, document management systems
A strong ICT background
Experience with translating business requirements into ICT specifications (strategy, platform selection, reference architecture design, ...)
Experience in the automation of administrative and government environments is an asset
Developing and implementing information architecture
Experience with web technology, usability
Knowledge of the following is an asset: RUP, UML and Prince2
In-depth knowledge of platforms and tooling: MS SharePoint, Open Source DMS and Portals, (IBM) Java based DMS and portals, …
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
