Advanced Case Management (ACM)
Objective
Nowadays, most organizations are convinced that BPM and BPMS can streamline and automate business processes. However most BPMS solutions focus on structured processes and don’t handle data and content.
Before a BPMS project can start, hundreds of mandays sometime are spent on process modeling without a satisfying result.
The reason for this is the fact that some processes (for instance claims handling and all kind of approval processes) are unstructured, information centric processes. These processes can not be automated with ‘classic’ BPMS products but have to be supported by so called Advanced Case Management (ACM) solutions.
Value proposition
Value proposition
The LoQutus ACM offering allows support for information centric and unstructured processes, both from a functional and technical viewpoint.
To tackle unstructured and information centric processes, a technical solution alone is not enough. The key to the solution is a combination of a specific methodology that supports case modeling, combined with a technical reference architecture that allows a swift implementation based on prepackaged and widely spread software components.
