Objective

LoQutus assists customers with the set up and improvement of software development centers following lean principles. These principles (with roots in Japanese manufacturing) focus on an earlier and more qualitative delivery of software projects by removing the waste in the development process.

Role

LoQutus fulfills one or more of the following roles depending on the case:

Auditor. Investigate specific pains within the software development center, aiming for concrete improvements in software development practices.
Coach. LoQutus takes the lead in development projects, in the domains of project management and/or architecture.
Trainer. Our team of trainers has an elaborated expertise in teaching both principles (EA, BPMS, SOA) as well as practical development skills (like a.o. UML). LoQutus believes in teaching using a business case.
Development. The project is realized by the development team of LoQutus in cooperation with the customer’s team with a clear focus on knowledge transfer.
