Assist the customer in growing in the area of IT Service Management and Governance of IT. Efforts where you contribute:
- Raise and maintain the maturity of sustaining IT processes.
- Solidify the path to a successful transition
- Reinforce business / IT alignment
- Secure coherent operations

You will manage or deliver the following activities:
- Guide & demonstrate best practice
- Clarify Roles & responsibilities,
- Install transversal bridges, awareness & communication,
- Identify performance indicators to measure success
- Understand and flag Risk and Security topics
- Position the correct tools where needed
- Assess customer’s IT processes and provide recommendations, quick wins, …
- Coach the customer organization in achieving business/IT alignment
- Facilitate change throughout the customer’s organization and/or departments
- Expand the knowledge in this domain through competence groups, seminars. …
- Enable our organization to reach even further
Profile
- Bachelor degree or similar through experience
- At least 5 years of work experience within various IT Service Management domains, such as Service Desk, Change Management, … preferably over multiple sectors
- Certification in one of the supporting frameworks is more than an asset.

Experience with:
- Coordination of multi-disciplinary teams
- Process design techniques
- Guiding and executing transitions
- Improving maturity in a sustainable way.
- Service Management tools, ticket tracking tools

Knowledge of:
- Service management, preference ITIL.
- IT lifecycle management in the domains of application management, infrastructure, IT services, …
- Project management
- Alignment of internal as external suppliers
- IT in general

- Capable to sell your ideas to various stakeholders
- Ability to manage customer’s expectations and to handle conflicts of interest

- You contribute and share knowledge and experience
- Understand business value drivers and how IT enables them
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
