Job Description

Assess customer’s IT governance – Service Management and provide recommendations
Assist the customer in solving complex issues in the area of Governance of IT and the IT-Management Processes. Efforts where you contribute:
- Reinforce business / IT alignment
- Focus on Value contribution and alignment
- Asses and recommend Risk and Security models
- Advise and implement pragmatically IT Governance frameworks and processes.
Integrate IT governance with enterprise and corporate governance
Grow and maintain knowledge of relevant frameworks, bridge to other IT domains like Enterprise Architecture and Software development
Expand the knowledge in this domain through all possible channels, like competence groups, seminars, …

Profile

Master degree
At least 3 years of experience with Governance of IT, actively participating
Certification and experience in more than one of the supporting frameworks is a must.
Experience with:
- Organizational change techniques
- Guiding organizational transitions
- Implementation of frameworks
- Process design techniques
- Constructive auditing
Knowledge of:
- Frameworks in the domain of
  - IT Governance, like COBIT, CMMI, ISO 38500, …
  - Service management, like ITIL, ISO 20000, …
  - Risk and Security Management, like ISO 27001, …
  - Organizational / Business, like COSO, Balanced Scorecard, …
- Program management and Project management, like PRINCE2, PMBOK, …
- Application and Service methodology, like TOGAF, SDLC, …
- Compliance drivers, regulatory
- IT in general
Key personal skills:
- Able to find and combine relevant frameworks
- Understand business value drivers
- Understand and support organizational change
- Able to sell and defend your vision at (senior) (IT) management levels
- You acquire, contribute to and share knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to deliver both synthesis as more elaborate and executable guidelines
- Fluent in English, Dutch and / or French
